IMHERE lab offers regular courses tailored to all skill level.
Aerial Expression technique is designed to foster a nurturing and inspirational environment, enabling participants to delve into their creativity, cultivate confidence, and forge connections. It provides an immersive exploration of the foundational principles of aerial expression. (Aerial Silks & Floorwork)
Open to all backgrounds and experience levels, our courses presents an opportunity to expand and refine their aerial skills.

When you book your semester, enjoy complimentary free access to the studio for independent training throughout January and until February 15, before your official classes begin.
Self-training hours:
Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday: 6:00–7:30 pm
Sunday: 10:00–11:30 am
Please arrange your visit at least 24 hours in advance. These sessions are for independent practice, without guided instruction.
